I was so anal about sewing these..
About 5 years ago I decided I wasn't and couldn't pay for the fancy popular
Vera Bradley
purses.
Sooooo, I broke out the ole' sewing machine and created some of my own style.
I tried to sell them at one craft show and it didn't go so well
so I gave up and
have had these in my closet for years now.
Tonight I was in search of the material to make a table runner for Christmas
when I came across this little guy.
I dumped my current purse (Vera Bradley) and my junk had a new home for a few weeks. 
I was so anal about sewing these.. I made sure that the seams came together or I would redo them. 
It's cute for the holiday and will work.

It's perfect for this time of year, Cathy.
I think the craft show was just before the Veras went mainstream because I see the knockoffs EVERYWHERE now. And people do buy them.
